Product Information[]

The M16 is an american assault rifle that was designed by Eugene Stoner in 1958 as the AR-15. Other mainline variants include the M16 (1963), the M16A1 (1967), the M16A2 (1980's), the M16A3 (1990's) and the M16A4 (2000's). The current model, which is used by the ZX Clan, is the M16A4.

Technical Information[]

The M16 weighs around three kilograms (about seven pounds) and is one metre long (about forty inches) long. The rifle uses 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition that is held in thirty-round detachable box magazines that are placed under the main portion of the gun, forward of the handle and behind the barrel. The rifle is gas-operated and uses a rotating bolt for placing new rounds in the chamber. The rifle is also equipped with a fixed stock, and can be equipped with an under-barrel grenade launcher.

Service History[]

The ZX Clan originally adopted the M16A4 assault rifle in 2010. It is used in the army and the marine corps infantry and armour corps. Grenadiers and riflemen use M16A4 assault rifles as offensive weapons, while cavaliers and dragoons use them as defensive weapons for if they need to leave their vehicle for some reason. These weapons are still in service and are yet to be used in any wars.
